Do you have private hot spring baths in the guest rooms?
All guest rooms feature private open-air baths with natural hot springs.
Do you have any drinks in the guest room fridge?
Drinks are provided in the room refrigerator and minibar, including free water, sparkling water, and beer. Additionally, there are chargeable drinks available for your choice.
Do you have the internet access in the guest rooms?
Yes, all guest rooms have free Wi-Fi available.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
We have two guest rooms that allows smoking (Stylish Suite Kaoru and Comfort Suite Aya). However, smoking is prohibited throughout all buildings except for designated smoking areas.
Can you combine the twin beds into a double bed?
Yes, we can combine the twin beds to form a double bed upon request when making your reservation.
Do you accept child guests?
Yes, we welcome child guests and do not have an age limit.
Will children be included in the room occupancy count? How will they be charged?
Children aged 0-12 will not be counted in the room occupancy and will be charged a facility usage fee of ¥1,650 per person per night.
Guests aged 13 and above will be counted in the room occupancy and will be charged at the same rate as adults.
What kind of meals are available for children?
We offer a variety of options for children's meals, which must be reserved in advance.
For dinner, children can choose from rice or porridge (complimentary), a children's dinner plate (¥5,500), a children's kaiseki meal (¥9,350), or the same dinner as adults (¥16,500).
For breakfast, children can choose from rice or porridge (complimentary), a children's breakfast plate (¥2,200), or the same breakfast as adults (¥3,300).
Our official website booking page has recommended children's dinner and breakfast combinations, and you can also send us an email to propose changes after booking the room.
Can I borrow high chairs for my children in the restaurant?
Yes, we provide high chairs for children in our restaurant.
Can I borrow a baby cot and have it set up in my room?
We can provide a baby cot for infants aged 0 years old. Please request this service when making your room reservation.
Do you provide pajamas for children?
We offer pajamas in various sizes for children. Please provide the age and gender of the child guest when making your room reservation.
Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions or preferences?
Please inform us of any food allergies or dislikes in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This includes restrictions such as egg allergies or preferences such as not eating raw food. However, please note that we may have difficulty accommodating extremely strict dietary restrictions. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you accept the request for special diets?

We have large communal baths of hot springs. The baths are separated into gentles' and ladies', each with a sauna.
Is it possible to use only the hot spring bath without staying at the hotel?
Sorry, the baths in our hotel are only available to guests of the accommodation.
Do you have a pick-up service at the station?

Is parking available on site?
Yes, we have a parking lot available for our guests. Parking is free of charge and no reservation is required.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

We provide luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out.
Can I check in earlier/check out later?
Early check-in and late check-out will be charged and may not be available depending on the current situation. Please ask when making your reservation.
Does a deposit required for my reservation?
For individual bookings from guests, we do not require you to pay a deposit. Your accommodation fee can be paid online or remitted in advance, or paid on-site. For bookings from travel agencies, please follow our payment regulations for travel agencies.

We can book the massages of the treatment in your room. Massagists are sent from a clinic with whom we have a corporate. Please inquire after your room booking.
